Studioort were appointed to carry out a feasibility study for a hundred bed hotel complex. The ‘300 Hills Beach Resort’ is a holiday resort in the South of Thailand located near Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, South of Hua Hin – an established popular weekend destination for city dwellers from Bangkok. The twenty hectare site is surrounded by the dramatic limestone hill formations of Sam Roi Yot and the gulf of Thailand. 

The area is known for its varied wildlife, including a large population of migratory birds, macaques, Malayan porcupine and barking deer. An abundance of attractive natural sites are within close proximity to the resort, including many caves, freshwater marshes and a natural rainforest.

The project will provide a wide offering of holiday homes at various scales supported by luxurious resort-style amenities including a clubhouse.
