Island Villa is the first of a string of climate friendly, luxurious holiday homes designed for different locations in the gulf of siam.
The design concept is based on reducing the environmental impact of the building through the selection of materials with low embodied carbon - which is reflected in the timber structure.
The design also applies passive cooling strategies to minimise the use of energy intensive air conditioning.
