Role Description

Studioort is seeking a passionate and experienced Project Architect based in Bangkok to join our small and dynamic team, working on a variety of exciting projects.

We’re looking for a fully licensed Architect with at least 5 years experience, with very strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English. The ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment and bring an ambitious, proactive work approach with a “Can-do” mind-set.

You will enjoy taking responsibility, and are looking for a workplace where you can grow fast and become a driving force in the company (associate level possible).

Requirements

Keen interest in contemporary design, architecture and sustainability
Proven experience in leading small to medium sized projects (particularly private residences)
Ability to navigate a project through Statutory requirements (Building permit...)
Ability in coordinating with suppliers and consultants confidently and independently
Ability to develop and deliver clear and inspiring presentations (Adobe Indesign)
Very strong 2D drafting, 3d modelling skills (Sketchup) and rendering skills
Registration as Associated Architect with ASA
Experience in Midjourney is welcome, but not essential
excellent organisational and time-management skills to manage a project effectively
attention to detail
